Bio:
I started my journey with Crown Coaching in late 2018. I’ve been a club road cyclist for 4 years at this point and wanted to challenge myself in racing. CC was on hand to discuss my goals and set a plan tailored to me to achieve them.
The programme and regular testing with the coach assisted me to understand and develop my abilities. Increasing my FTP by 100 watts whilst losing 8 kgs along the way. My first year of racing in Cat 4 was interesting and with guidance, I progressed to Cat 3 fairly quickly.
I’m managed to race competitively at Cat 3 level in my debut season and adapted to Time trialling also to assist my racing goals. Having a coach that monitors ever session and discusses weaknesses - has helped me achieve my goals.

Bio:
I am late joiner into the world of cycling having only been riding bikes for the last 7 years now, and starting in my mid 30’s. I managed to lose 25kg and increase distances up to 100km for a single ride. I was happy with an FTP of 183w, enjoying local and zwift rides.
After a failed ascent of Mt Ventoux I decided I needed another level to aspire to, and realised that I couldn’t achieve this without some proper guidance and training, which is where Kyle at Crown Coaching came into play.
Since joining the Crown Coaching system in March 2020, I’ve increased my FTP from 183w to 269w, I’ve increased my fitness and cycling efficiency massively over the last 10 months.

Brendan Drummond

Bio:
I took up the sport of triathlon in 2009 and over the last 11 years have completed races from sprint all the way up to Ironman. My results had always been middle of the pack but the competitive nature I had in me always strived to go faster.
I joined Crown Coaching in order to get more out of the bike. And I can say that this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made with regards to training. Kyle has tailored the sessions in order to work on all aspects of cycling. I am now getting better results than I have ever had!
The focus and support that Kyle has given me has been absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend him as a coach.!
